This crucial information allows me to begin to develop your personal development program.
Professional Movement Screening:
I conduct a personal fitness screening assessment looking to establish your level of health, strength and flexibility, and your body's overall efficiency through movement. Primarily analyzing for any deviance in the muscular system resulting from strength and/or flexibility imbalance, which can severely effect the body's ability to function properly. This allows me to professionally gauge your starting point and begin our health, fitness, athletic development journey.
