- Progressive workouts are developed based on your individual / physical assessment & personal consultation. You do the workouts on your time and with your equipment, and at your location.

- The use of Zoom, Face time, Skype, etc. are utilized to introduce, explain and demonstrate your own progressive workouts while evaluating your performance for form, technique and positive encouragement.
